47 Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM)

63 Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM)

81 Universiti Malaya (UM)

88 Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS)

Student Faculty Ratio is, at present, the only globally comparable and available indicator that has been identified to address the stated objective of evaluating teaching quality. Clearly it is not a satisfactory as a qualitative classroom evaluation as might be considered for a domestic teaching assessment, but it does speak to the notion of "commitment to teaching", which ought to correlate strongly, if not completely with the level of teaching quality.

    there are lots of indicators out there. They ranked the uni via different ways..so the outcome might be different...

    anyway it's still just a label for me. every university has their own specialty.

    ranking bagi saya hanya satu nama atau gelaran yg diberikan..banyak indikator yg di ambil kira..apa yg penting,dalam usaha mengejar nama dan pangkat atau ranking..kebajikan pelajar dan keilmuan serta keberkatan itu adalah lebih penting.

    pihak pengurusan UM melenting bila dapat tahu psl berita ni...
    saya terlibat sekali dlm meeting...

    disebabkan ini, UM tidak lagi mendapat Geran drpd kerajaan Malaysia...
