Man jailed for murdering wife over Facebook status

In the UK, a man has been jailed for life for murdering his estranged wife because of her Facebook status. 41-year-old Edward Richardson killed Sarah Richardson when she put she was "single" on the social networking site. Stafford Crown Court heard he stabbed the 26-year-old 13 times at her parents' house in Biddulph in Staffordshire last May.
